Reco_tf - Wrap MuonConfig & MuonCombinedConfig in RecExCommon

  • Delete MuonAlignExample. The package is no longer needed
  • Trial to disconnect MuonCnvExample from any place inside the RecExample workflow. Once this is done -> tschuuuuuss MuonCnvExample
  • Disconnect MuonCombinedRecExample from RecExCommon

Should be merged after: !66140 (merged) & !66154 (merged)
