Acts ART test needs more memory

Quite often this ART test fails due to the memory consumption. See for instance https://bigpanda.cern.ch/job?pandaid=5895535762 . This has been traced down to the fact we need to persistify Clusters and Space Points for both Strips and Pixels since that is what we are monitoring.
