Changes to run re-simulation of FEX algorithms when running on MC as well as on data
Includes also some b-tagging information added to the L1CALO derivation
The unit tests fail for now, I think because there is no trigger data in the test data file, so not sure what to do with that...
EDIT: changed the code so that it works with a MC ESD file, so now need to change the file used in the unit test (not sure how to do that)
