GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. This MR adds a simple algorithm to dump the stgc pad positions into a TGraph. Essential for later validation purposes of the Run 3 & 4 geometry.
