ATR-27920: Accepted events filter for TLA streams

Correct/extend accepted events stream filter to TLA, TLAJetPEB streams -- PhysicsTLA is an event building type, not a stream.

FYI @damazio, perhaps you have some idea whether there was any LAr NB rate detected previously in the TLA rate? It looks as though we did not configure this correctly before, so probably there should not have been any, and I'm also not sure we can practically test it on any standard trigger samples.
