Purpose

Adding The new GN1 b-tag score for pflow jets to the TLA offline monitoring package.

Affects

The TrigTLAMonitoring package does not affect anything else in athena and is not tested in CI. Ran the monitoring on a converted physics_TLA AOD from a recent run, and confirmed that the new histograms appeared - attaching one as example.
