ElectronPhotonSelectorTools: Changing paths for new offline electron LLH LLP configs

Updates the paths for the electron ID config files for LLPs to point to modified versions of the current offline configs, rather than modified versions of the trigger configs, in both the Component Accumulator and legacy, to serve as baseline offline configs for LRT electrons (JIRA).

I tested this change by producing 1000 events of LLP MC and confirmed the resulting changes are as expected. Tagging @longjon
