add DSIDs for pthard1 and pthard2 PowPy8 ttbar samples in HIGG8D1 and HIGG4D5

Added DSIDs for pthard1 and pthard2 PowPy8 ttbar samples in HIGG8D1 and HIGG4D5 configuration. This will be enable HF classification variables for them.
