TrigT1NSW: pass EventContext from algorithm to tools

Hello,

This MR is propagating the EventContext from the algorithm to downstream tools. I also cleaned up e.g. m_evtStore from MMLoadVariables as it must be a leftover. Some methods or even tools seem unused and could possibly be removed in a follow-up MR?
