Use custom allocator (STLPool) for the SiSpacePointsSeedMakerEventData lists

This is part II .

For Info (and ping @tstreble if he wonders ;) ) If this work as expected there will be a Part III for the ITK types. It is almost the same for ATLAS but there is some Acts code using those which calls clear (this will need 2 lines extra)
