Fix flag settings in TMMT tests: ATR-27990

Applies the suggested patch by @ssnyder to correctly set the ConfigFlags in test_HLTmenu.sh.

To avoid failures in the Dev_pp_run4 menu test, made two sets of changes to the menu:

  • Corrected name of gLJ140 to gLJ140p0ETA25
  • Removed gJ160 triggers, as this item was dropped
