updated Xbb tagger in PHYSLITE

Boosted Xbb group recently updated Xbb taggers in derivation, this MR:

  • Removed old GN2Xv00 and GN2XWithMassv00 Xbb taggers
  • Added newly added GN2Xv01

Tagging @calpigia for approval as this changes the branches of PHYSLITE derivation.
