MuonGeoModel - Smart pointer & std::container usage

  • Initialize member variables of all GeoModel classes in header file
  • Usage of smart pointers where possible
  • Employ AthMessaging inheritance for the big GeoModel lcasses to make use of the ATM_MSG macros
  • TgcReadoutParams useage of c++ arrays in the cosntructor
