Added features

  • Clean up the methods of the MdtCalibDbAlg to be const and to exclusively use smart pointers
  • Propagate required adapations to the MuonCalibEvent classes
  • Add switch to toggle between new and legacy MdtReadoutGeometry
  • MdtCalibDbAlg inherits from the AthReentrantAlgorithm
