MuonMDTCnvTools - Remove unneeded inheritance of tools

Hi everybody,

in the eras of the MT migration, we had Core which was parent of MT, Legacy. The legacy tool is gone by now which makes the inheritance pattern quite obsolete. This MR removes the core tool and pulls the corresponding functions into the MT source files.
