Introduce the SIM_STATUS_INCREMENT as a step to migrate from barcode(). This MR changes the definitions of the isStable/isDecayed/etc functions in the Truthutils. However, in the current simulation model which uses barcode() to get the origin of the particle, this will have zero impact. The changes are needed for the future transition.
