Adding chains requested in ATR-22067 for LbyL and magnetic monopoles. ZDC calib chains were discussed in https://indico.cern.ch/event/1303918/contributions/5483805/attachments/2680028/4648855/ZDC-Triggers-07-03-23.pdf Removed several L1 items (some used in 2022 pilot run, some introduced for HLT tests without ZDC simulation). Adding items with ZDC requested for low-mu pp reference run and items for LbyL. Adding jTE4 threshold and TE4 threshold instead of TE12000. Adding CC, PC and ZeroBias streams (ATR-27431).
