Change of the ByteStreamReaderCfg so that the ZdcRecConfig can also be used in the trigger simulation (https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/23.0/Trigger/TrigT1/TrigT1ZDC/python/TrigT1ZDCConfig.py#L9)
