MuonReadoutGeometryR4 - Add alignable nodes
Hi everybody,
this MR adds the infrastructure to propagate the A-lines from the ALineContainer to the new GeoModelXML description.
ALineInjectTestAlg: Injects random ALines into the system. The chambers spiral outside of the MS
ActsMuonAlignCondAlg Translates the ALineContainer into a format that can be understood by GeoModel
ActsMuonGeomContextAlg Temporary alg to provide an ActsGeometryContext
The rest are methods and other stuff to load the Alignable nodes from the database.
