InDetTrigRecExample cleanup
This MR contains also !64841 (merged) and !65004 (merged) which should get merged first
cleanup some InDetTrigRecExample infrastructure code - conditions and share/*.py files
remove dead code in Reconstruction/MuonIdentification/MuonCombinedRecExample/python/MuonCombinedFitTools.py which was referring to InDetTrigRecExample cc @sshaw (probably more can be removed)
update Trigger/TriggerCommon/TriggerMenuMT/python/HLT/Electron/TrigEMBremCollectionBuilder.py to use CA for the PixelToTPIDTool to benefit from proper condAlg dependency cc @dbakshig
