MuonReadoutGeometryR4 - Include deformation parameters in the ActsGeometry context

  • Introduce the Mdt / sTgc / Mm alignment store classes. Each inherits from the ActsTrk::AlignmentStore and hold extra information about the chamber deformation parameters and passivation
  • Adapt the ActsMuonAlignAlgorithm to collect all the deformation constants and to put them on the respective stores.
