Chain name parser bug fix

Witold Wojciech Przygoda requested to merge wprzygod/athena2023:dev2023_AGH8 into main

Enhancement to the legHeadPattern method, incorporating the "noL1" postfix as a valid component of a chain name. Note: because of test failures in branch 23.0 which need discussion with reco team, I switch a commit to main branch.
