Add some UTT chains to the Tier0 ID Trigger tests

Some tracking instances are not monitored by the tier 0 monitoring, so when we see changes in the online histograms, perhaps due to changes in the menu it would be useful to have some chains in the tier 0 mobnitoring so that we can confirm that the processing itself has not changed.
