added global ZdcSum for hosting event-level quantities, e.g. per-LUCROD BCID

We are adding a new "side" ZdcSum with zdcSide=0 to host (via auxdata/decor) some global quantities that are common to the ZDC readout as a whole, and not to either side. No change in visible EDM (i.e. it uses the ZdcSums container), but it may impact the references at some point by adding AuxDyn variables in the output.

In this MR, the global ZdcSum holds the per-LUCROD BCID, as in zdcLucrodData->GetBCID(), as a vector of 6 values.
