redid mods to ZdcNtuple to work with Run 3

Peter Alan Steinberg requested to merge steinber/athena-main:zdc-main-23-zdcntloose into 23.0

This is ongoing work to get the ZdcNtuple to work in a variety of contexts with different flags. For now, I'm focusing on getting it to work with the LHCf2022 data. In the next iteration it will get more Run 3 HI modifications.
