Draft: WIP: Fix for JVT Configuration in CP Algs

Matthew Kenneth Maroun requested to merge mmaroun/athena:mmaroun-jvtFix2 into main

The call to add the JVT selection configuration was moved from JetJvtAnalysisConfig.py to JetAnalysisConfig.py, where the selections are defined. The selection definitions now match by including them in JetAnalysisConfig.py.
