TauTrig: update sinthetaTJVA variable in the monitoring
change from monitoring track->z0sinThetaTJVA(*p_tau) (superseded according to https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/23.0/Event/xAOD/xAODTau/Root/TauTrack_v1.cxx#L106) to monitor track->z0sinthetaTJVA() both in online and offline tau trigger monitoring.
