TrkDetDescrUtils: Adjust alignment of Eigen objects.

Adjust alignment for Transform3D and Rotation3D to 32, to be compatible with x86-64-v3. We only want to adjust those with sizes divisible by 32. (We want to keep the alignment directives for the benefit of cling, which might not see the march settings.)
