Draft: Remove default geometry tag from the flags
Remove default geometry tag from the flags as it may cause more issues than it solves. In all offline jobs that need the geometry the tag should be specified explicitly. HLT configures it on its own. P1 I guess has local patches as they use Run 2 at the moment. Propably that code should be cleaned at some point.
A separate MR will come to autoconfigure LHCPeriod based on project tag for ByteStream files when geometry is not needed.
