Rounding number of events to an integer to make AMI happier

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:main_NTUP_PILEUP_int_events into main

Just need to make sure the number of events in a pileup reweighting file is an integer so that AMI can correctly parse the json file as expected.
