DerivationFrameworkMCTruth: synchronizing DSIDs for the heavy flavour origin classifier between config and source

This MR is synchronizing the list of DSIDs for which the heavy flavour origin classifier is used. The list of datasets should be the same in the config .py file (HFHadronsCommon.py) and the .cxx source file (HadronOriginClassifier.cxx) It looks like over the years, these two lists diverged. This MR fixes this.
