delete old-style CaloRec_jobOptions

The old-style configuration of calorimeter reconstruction is now obsolete (after !65301 (merged)). Even RecExCommon uses the CA-base config through the wrapping mechanism. There are more legacy files in the share directory of CaloRec but they are still used by other legacy-fragments in the repository.

Setting full-integration-tests and full-unit-tests in case I overlooked something.
