new ZdcGeometryDB and addition of file-based calibrations in ZdcAnalysis

While we discuss how to migrate the ZDC geometry to the main ATLAS GeoDB, this is a simple interface to provide geometry information in JSON form (using the nlohmann::json object), similar to how it is implemented for the ZDC Run 3 mapping file (ZdcLucrodMapRun3)
