Added ID Tau selection for TauAntiTauJetOverlapTool
Because the tau collection available for overlap removal can be more inclusive than the ID-tau + anti-tau sets, the TauAntiTauJetOR tool needs to treat carefully the case where taus do not pass either of those two requirements. This is updated here by adding an explicit requirement that the ID-taus have to pass the corresponding requirement, to be retrieved via a user-defined label, instead of simply requiring for them not to be an anti-tau.
