Improve Acts track finding statistics outputs.

Change Acts track finding statistics output to resemble more closely the statistics output of the SiTrackMaker.

Main difference:

  • added separate statistics for pixel and strip seeds,
  • count seeds for which the track finder did not produce a track (although, no observed occurrences).
