Configure MCTruthClassifierTool for MuonTruthClassifierFallback as in https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/main/PhysicsAnalysis/DerivationFramework/DerivationFrameworkMuons/share/MUON1.py#L317 to fix

22:16:24 ToolSvc             ERROR retrieve(): No Tool Type/Name given
22:16:24 ToolSvc.MUON1Mu...  ERROR DerivationFrameworkMuons/src/MuonTruthClassifierFallback.cxx:39 (StatusCode DerivationFramework::MuonTruthClassifierFallback::initialize()): code FAILURE: m_mcTruthClassifier.retrieve()

Still not enough to get MUON1 running
