fix HIClusters content and HIflags

Making the content of HIClusters the same as RUN2

  • fix in AuxContainers definition
  • adding a new Internal flag to handle the first version of HIClusters, used to build jets
  • Change in HIModes to make the difference between HIP and UPC modes easy to visualize
