Custom muon collection for Jet Ghost Muon Association

Baptiste Ravina requested to merge ravinab/athena:jetghostmuon into main

Replace the hardcoded muon collection with a configurable handle, allowing to run on PHYSLITE (which doesn't have the hardcoded default).
