Several fixes in HI menu
Fixing stream for muon tag and probe chains, removing checks for IDCalib and Beamspot streams (like in https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas-trigger-menu/athena/-/commit/70b43e84b16f3af63d6df2707518b5dd51f29503, also discussed in ATR-28192 ), adding one more supporting UPC chain (ATR-22067)
