MicroMegas GeoModel Test

Building a GeoModel MicroMegas test through muon detector manager, identifiers and identifier helpers.

The code produces a root file containing strip center/edges global positions and other entries to identify each Micromegas channel.

The skeleton of the code is based on Johannes' code for the rest Muon Stations, while the gasGapId,dumpToTree methods are pretty much based on Patrick's code from the MMTester files in the MuonTester.
