GSF : It runs for electrons, revisit old comment on multiple scattering

GSF : It runs for electrons ...

While I was adding test on the MaterialInteraction I hit this old comment on multiple scattering in GSF.

As in reality we run this fitter for electrons . So it would make more sense to use the electron mass here ...

In principle I would expect this to affect some of elements of the the covariance matrix of the GSF Tracks and subsequently create epsilon differences in the parameters.
