Activate CKF and Ambi. Resolution in the ActsChain workflow
This MR activates both the ACTS CKF and Ambiguity resolution in the ActsChain workflow (the one that will be used for production). This affects CITest and ART Tests, NO EFFECT ON SPOT TEST (we may want to keep it for another MR).
In order to do so we are temporarily requesting the tests to ignore an ERROR message from the ACTS stepper, that is being followed up in parallelL: see ATLIDTRKCP-484
