DerivationFrameworkEventAugmentationART: Add new DAOD event augmentation ART tests

This MR adds one set of data and one set of Monte-Carlo DAOD production ART tests for event augmentation. They all produce PHYS samples that are augmented w/ LLP1 and FTAG2 data in three different setups:

  • Serial Athena
  • AthenaMP + SharedWriter w/ parallel compression (production)
  • AthenaMT + SharedWriter w/o parallel compression

Relates to the work discussed in ATLASG-2539.
