TrackSegment - Augment the Author enumeration

Hi everybody,

this MR adds few fields to the Trk::Segment author to distinguish whether a NSW segment has been seeded by a combination of 4 micromega layers, by 2 sTgc strips + wires or by 2 sTgc pads.
