GeneratorObjectsTPCnv: Fix for HepMC3 3.2.6.

Should add GenCrossSection to the event before calling set_cross_section. Otherwise, the internal array doesn't get properly resized to match the number of weights in the event. As of HepMC 3.2.6, this can result in annoying warnings downstream.
