Currently missing in the CP Algs egamma selection is the deadHVTool correction (see https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/AtlasProtected/EGammaIdentificationRun2#Removal_of_Electron_Photon_clust for more information). This merge request implements this tool within the CP Algs framework, called within the existing EgammaGoodOQSelectionTool.
