TileMonitoring: Update monitoring of Tile FELIX digits and raw channels

Algorithms and the corresponding configurations used for monitoring of Tile digits readout via FELIX and raw channels reconstructed from them have been updated to fix some issues and unify names of monitoring variables and to update titles of monitoring histograms.
