Configure correct jet collections for monitoring in HI and UPC mode
Currently running the full monitoring for HI is blocked as the wrong jet collections are being loaded, see ATLASDQ-1116 and DATREP-286. Depending on the mode (HI or UPC), different jet collections should be used that are configured accordingly in this MR. I did a quick test run and the crashes disappeared. I also ran a standard pp configuration and everything ran fine but let's see what the CI says
