Update the trigger HI references

As discussed in ATR-28255 , we in the trigger need to update the T0 references to recent HLT reprocessings of 2018 HI runs so that we have files which contain the most recent trigger menu.

All works as expected. It would be good if this could be merged and made into a h-tag as soon as possible. I added the label Urgent.

OLD text (solved see below) However, the webdisplay for UPC also used the HardProbes file as reference, even though I have specified another file in the config file. For testing purposes, I have renamed this file locally to data18_hi.00367365.physics_UPC.merge.HIST.r14972.root (even though the reprocessing is based on EnhancedBias - for HardProbes, where I did the same, this does not cause technical issues).

Why don't I get the UPC file I have specified? Asking @ponyisi and also notifying @jkremer , @asmaga , @tamartin , @sshaw , @khoo , @shanisch , @tnobe . (I should mention that I suspect I don't really get the HardProbes file either, but since I have specifies HardProbes as the general and Main references too, this is what I get for everything).

I ran the command
DQWebDisplay.py ../data18_hi.00367365.physics_UPC.merge.HIST.r14972.root TestDisplayHI 2309201 0 stream=UPC
where data18_hi.00367365.physics_UPC.merge.HIST.r14972.root is my local name for the HIST file.
