Add `pixCLnoToT` to `HLT_SpacePointCounts` container

!64190 (merged) added new counter in TrigCountSpacePoints tool -- pixCLnoToT. However, the new counter was not propagated further into HLT_SpacePointCounts container (i.e. for DQ monitoring). This MR fixes this.
